1. How do I find my ring size?
To help you find the right size, a ring size guide is available on our website. This guide allows you to easily measure your finger and choose the most suitable size before placing your order.
2. What materials are your jewelry made of?
Our creations are not made from solid gold. They are primarily designed in gold-plated* as well as stainless steel, two materials prized for their aesthetics and durability.
Gold plating offers the refined look of gold while remaining more affordable. With proper care, your jewelry can maintain its luster over time.
*Compliant with French and European standards.
Stainless steel is a metal renowned for its robustness and longevity. It resists oxidation well and withstands daily use. This alloy is composed notably of iron, carbon, chromium, and nickel, which allows it to form a protective layer preventing corrosion.
3. Is it possible to keep your jewelry on in the shower?
Our jewelry is designed to be worn every day and can withstand contact with water.
However, to preserve their shine for as long as possible, it is best to avoid regular contact with certain products such as soaps, shampoos, perfumes, creams, household products, chlorine or salt water.
4. What are the delivery times and costs?
Each order is carefully prepared. Preparation time can be up to 48 hours before shipping.
Delivery in Switzerland
- Delivery fees: 7 CHF with tracking
- Free delivery for purchases over 100 CHF
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days
International delivery
- Delivery fees: 11 CHF / 11 €
- Free delivery for purchases over 200 CHF / 180 €
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 8 business days
5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
However, if an item does not suit you, you may return it to us. An e-gift card corresponding to the amount of the returned items will then be sent to you after receipt and validation of the return.
6. How do I make a return?
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt.
Jewelry must be new, unworn, and in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of use or if they are returned after the indicated deadline.
Important Information:
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To facilitate the processing of your request, please include your contact information on the package and attach your order number.
- Please properly protect jewelry during transit to prevent any damage. The original packaging, a small box, or a bubble envelope are recommended. Simple paper envelopes should be avoided.
