The products offered are stainless steel and gold-plated jewelry.

Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations may occur.

Prices

Prices are listed in CHF or EUR, inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs.

Order

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Amélia Bijoux reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is due immediately via secure payment methods.

Delivery

Delivery within Switzerland and Europe.
Estimated delivery times: 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

Amélia Bijoux cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

Right of Withdrawal and Voucher Policy

In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date they receive their order.

Amélia Bijoux applies the following policy:

No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
Customers exercising their right of withdrawal will receive a voucher valid site-wide, corresponding to the amount of the original order.
Voucher validity: 12 months from the date of issue.

Conditions for receiving the voucher:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors.

Premium Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (particularly earrings) may not be eligible for return or a voucher if they have been worn or opened.
